For our customers that like to interact with our services through email, soon you'll notice that the Ticket Number will be removed from the email subject line. Already, you will notice that we've started setting up the framework. Email addresses will look like the following: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. The string of numbers after the department name is how the system identifies which ticket your email goes to. The goal behind this is to make conversations with our staff feel much more personal. Tickets will still be issued ticket numbers and we will always include these in the confirmation responses as well as online in the customer portals. This way, you always have a quick reference to the correct ticket.
